1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a registration you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the Code of Conduct, the Registration Policy and the Payment & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information. Registrations containing false or misleading information may be rejected or cancelled.

3. Registration and confirmation

Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place. A registration is confirmed only after payment has been verified and the Secretariat has approved it.

4. Participant responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

Attend sessions punctually and prepare for their committee.
Respect fellow participants, organisers, venue staff and property.
Follow instructions from the Secretariat and Executive Boards.
Comply with the Code of Conduct and applicable venue rules.

5. Changes to the conference

The programme, venues, committees and allocations may change. We will communicate material changes to registered participants.

6. Liability

IRLC will take reasonable care in organising the conference. Participants attend at their own responsibility. Nothing here limits any rights that cannot be limited by law.
