Payment & Refund Policy

The registration fee is currently 3,180 BDT per participant (Late Bird pricing). The fee may include time-limited pricing (such as Early Bird), and is always shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and a secure card or online gateway. Instructions are shown on the payment page after you receive your Registration ID.

We do not collect card numbers or security codes on this website. Card payments are processed only by an external, PCI-compliant payment provider.

After you submit your transaction reference (a payment screenshot or receipt is optional but helps us verify faster), your payment is reviewed by the Secretariat. Your registration is confirmed only once the payment is approved. You will be notified by email.

Refund eligibility, deadlines and any deductions will be set by the organiser and published here before registration closes.

Refund terms are to be confirmed by the organiser.

If your payment is rejected or you believe an error has been made, contact the Secretariat with your Registration ID and transaction reference.
