1. Registration steps

Registration follows a clear sequence: choose a registration type, complete the form, receive a Registration ID, submit payment, wait for verification and approval, then log in to the portal.

2. Registration IDs

Every registration receives a unique Registration ID. Please quote it in all communication with the Secretariat.

3. Campus Ambassador selection

Campus Ambassadors are selected per institution. The first two applicants from an institution are selected as Campus Ambassadors; later applicants are registered as Delegates. The Secretariat may review and adjust selections.

4. Committee and country allocation

Allocation takes your stated preferences, experience and availability into account. Allocations are made after payment is verified and may be changed by the Secretariat.

5. Registration statuses

Submitted — your form has been received.
Awaiting Payment — payment is required to continue.
Payment Submitted — your payment reference is awaiting review.
Under Review — the Secretariat is verifying your registration.
Confirmed — your place is secured and portal access is activated.
Rejected — the registration could not be accepted.
