About
Leadership. Vision. Impact.
The International Relations & Leadership Council, and the conference it has built to develop the next generation of diplomats and leaders.
About IRLC
The International Relations & Leadership Council (IRLC) is a youth-led organisation dedicated to international relations, diplomacy and leadership education.
Governed by an elected Governing Council and supported by a dedicated Secretariat, IRLC creates platforms where young people can engage seriously with global affairs, build practical leadership skills and connect with a wider community of peers and mentors.
About IRLCMUN
IRLCMUN is IRLC’s Model United Nations conference. Participants take on the role of national delegations within simulated United Nations bodies, researching real global issues, defending national positions and negotiating resolutions.
Modelled on international standards of procedure and academic rigour, it develops public speaking, critical thinking, diplomacy and the ability to lead a room.
